We will give it a check to make sure the content is of a reasonable standard, not offensive and appropriate to be linked to from chelseafc.com, but otherwise you are free to manage your site as you see fit.
We are suggesting people who are looking to start a site from scratch use the www.blogger.com platform as it makes it very easy and straightforward to create your own blogging site. We will however link to any site if you already have one elsewhere or prefer to use another site.
